Delivery and returns policy

This English version is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

1. What we deliver

We sell digital vouchers for tandem paragliding flights. We do not deliver physical products, so there are no shipping costs.

2. When and how you receive your voucher

• The voucher arrives as a PDF file at the email address you gave when ordering, after the payment is confirmed.
• You usually receive it within a few hours, and at the latest within 2 days of the payment being confirmed, weekends included.
• Orders received via WhatsApp or by phone are delivered the same way, by email, after payment.
• If you have not received it, also check your Spam folder, then write to us at contact@onesky.ro or call +40 750 445 778.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can cancel your voucher within 14 calendar days of purchase (the date the payment is confirmed), without giving us a reason and at no cost, as long as the flight has not taken place.

• To cancel, send us a clear statement before the deadline, by email to contact@onesky.ro or on WhatsApp. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
• We refund all amounts paid without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the same payment method (to the card you paid with), at no charge to you. The voucher is cancelled.
• If, at your request, you fly within the first 14 days, the right of withdrawal ends once the flight has taken place.

4. After the 14 days

• The voucher can no longer be returned and is not refunded.
• You can reschedule your flight at any time within the validity period (12 months from purchase).
• If the flight cannot take place because of the weather or for reasons on our side, we reschedule it free of charge within the validity period.
• When the validity period ends, the voucher expires, and the validity is not extended, not even after a postponement because of the weather. Book your flight in good time.
• The voucher is issued in the name of one person and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

5. If we cannot provide the service

If we cannot carry out the flight you paid for at all, for reasons on our side (for example, if we stop operating), we will refund the value of the unused voucher, regardless of the 14-day period.
