Cookie policy

This English version is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

1. In short

• onesky.ro does not use traffic analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
• The website does not set any cookies of its own.
• Our traffic statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) work without cookies and without storing anything in your browser.
• The only information we keep in your browser is the voucher basket, and it is strictly necessary for the feature you are using.
• That is why we do not ask for your consent through a banner: under Romanian Law No. 506/2004, storage that is strictly necessary for a service you have requested does not require consent.

2. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way: it keeps information on your device without automatically sending it to the server.

3. What we use

The voucher basket

• Name: onesky-voucher-cart (local storage, on onesky.ro)
• What it contains: the vouchers added to the basket: the flight, and the name and message on the voucher.
• Why: so that you do not lose your basket if you leave the page or go to the payment page. The data leaves your browser only when you press the payment button.
• How long: until you empty the basket or clear the site's data from your browser.

Security cookies from our hosting provider

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. In some situations, for example when traffic needs to be checked to protect against attacks, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance). They are not used for advertising.

4. The payment page, videos and external links

• Payment is made on the NETOPIA Payments page, which is a separate website with its own cookies and policies.
• The videos in the gallery and on the blog come from our YouTube channel. Until you press play, the page loads nothing from YouTube; once you start a video, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode) and Google's policies apply. The link to the channel takes you to YouTube's website.
• Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google Maps take you to their websites. Our website does not load these platforms' scripts; when you open them, their policies apply.

5. How to control storage

You can delete the data saved by the website at any time in your browser settings (usually: site settings, then “Clear data”). This empties the voucher basket. If you block local storage, you can still order, but the basket is not kept after the page reloads.

6. Changes
